   The “ 5 ANGLES LAMP FORM KIT” is for making lampshades or boxes.  Each kit contains 5 pieces of 5-8 inch high aluminum forms and one round rod (this round rod is coordinate 90 º angle - 4 sided lamp shade using).

Be certain that glass lamp panels are adjacent to each other when making a multi paneled lamp, assemble the panels in groups of 2 and the next step would be to solder each group together (one group at a time).
